DeMaine Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Centers was founded in 2001 by Dr. Stephen DeMaine at 504 Eastway Drive in Charlotte, NC. After realizing the needs of the patients and society, Dr. Stephen DeMaine made additions to his staff and locations. He now employs over 15 staff members including 3 massage therapists.

DeMaine Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Centers are providers of a variety of techniques, treatments and procedures that give wellness and rehabilitation services for patients of all ages - families, children and elderly, depending on their individual condition.
