DeMaine Chiropractic & Rehabilitation Centers was founded in 2001 by Dr. Stephen DeMaine at 504 Eastway Drive in Charlotte, NC. After realizing the needs of the patients and society, Dr. DeMaine made additions to his staff and location. He now employs 6 staff members including a physical therapist and a massage therapist.
